Holy Crab

One morning I set out to photograph the sunrise and instead this calm ghost crab ran out in front of me as if to say, “Hello.” It stayed around as I continued snapping shots with his claws up, eyes bobbling, floating in the surf, riding the golden waves, and scurrying back to shore to hang with me a little longer. I even tried to get this playful one to head back out to sea but it just looked back at me as if to say, “Why, we are having fun right?”

Look carefully at “Holy Crab” to find three hidden cross markings which inspired the name of this peaceful creature. Nature reminds us to enjoy being outside for a little fun!
