“On this very same day Noah, Shem, Ham, and Japheth, the sons of Noah, and Noah’s wife and the three wives of his sons with them, entered the ark. . .” Genesis 7:13 (NASV)
The Bible states that all men are created in the image of God and equal; He shows no partiality. Prejudices are human constructs without biblical nor scientific bases. The atrocities of racism divide us because people view their own “race” as somehow superior. This hideous concept has been significantly fueled by the theory of evolution. However, the genetic evidence shows that physical differences are less than 0%! The Bible supports this evidence—there is only ONE race—the human race. The differences in people groups are superficial and evolved from cultural and natural selection as Noah’s sons scattered over the earth following the Great Flood. Noah’s three sons dispersed after the Tower of Babel into the nations of the world.
Ham is believed to be the youngest son of Noah. After the Tower of Babel he and his family migrated to the south forming the African nations and the Afro-Asiatic languages evolved from his descendants.
